How often have we started a calorie deficit diet with absolute determination and done great up to a point but to suddenly run out of steam and motivation when temptations get the better of us? and once we go off track, we find it twice as hard to get back on and eventually give up which convinces us that we have weak self-discipline and de motivates us. Yes, it’s happened to us all, and we mentally beat ourselves up which can lead to depression and then over eating the dangerous ‘so called’ comfort foods that only exasperate the situation. Each audio session will focus on a different part of your journey, starting with the creation of your ideal self and placing that image as your future destination.
